We are nationally accredited in several AFM methods.

August, 2025: After a quite lengthy procedure and several audits we have officially received an accreditation from the Polish Center for Accreditation for several kinds of AFM methods, such as contact, non-contact and tapping topography as well as KPFM-AFM. To the best of our knowledge, our accreditation in KPFM-AFM is the first in Poland!
